Class Description
95° We never know what our body needs each day. We are doing a Monday Morning 5:30a "RISE & SURPRISE" class! Commit to the day and time, show up as you are and embrace whatever this 60-minute class brings. The temperature will be 95 regardless of class style. Challange yourself to the unknown as you find comfort on your mat with each practice. See you on the mat!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Doors will be open 15 minutes prior to class time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Class starts on time and doors are locked. If you can't attend class, please go into “My Bookings” to cancel 1 hour prior to class time. Late cancel and no shows will incur a $10 fee. For early morning classes, please cancel the night before if you cannot make it. *All sales are final. No Refunds- please be sure to reschedule class so you do not lose any paid drop-in or credits.
