Class Description

90° Partner / Couples Yoga – Valentine’s Day Flow together, rest together. Join Jen and her partner for a playful, supportive partner flow designed to build connection, trust, and shared presence. Class begins with grounding couple stretches to sync breath, heartbeats, and energy, then gradually expands into balancing and supportive partner postures. Expect synchronized movement, gentle assists, shared effort, and moments of lightness and laughter. Class closes with a slow, restful wind-down, embracing stillness, shared breath, and each other’s presence. Cancellation policy: Space is very limited to keep this experience intimate. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so another couple has the opportunity to join. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $20 fee.
