Get ready to cheer on the new teachers as they take their final step in training—the TEACHING PRACTICUM! These classes are available at an amazing, discounted rate and are, of course, included in your membership. Bring your energy and kindness to support them on this exciting journey. Let’s fill the room as they don their teacher hat and guide you through Hot Pilates! 95° Hot Pilates is a high intensity, low impact class on the mat that will strengthen, tone and sculpt the entire body! This full body workout is designed to create long and lean muscles, burn fat and improve your overall health. This is a fun one-hour class with an energetic playlist to keep you moving! All levels welcome. Practicum Classes Cancellation - please cancel your spot if you cannot make it at least 2 hours before class starts.

Cancellation Policy
Doors will be open 15 minutes prior to class time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Class starts on time and doors are locked. Please bring a mat, towel and water. If you can't attend class, please go into “My Bookings” to cancel 2 hours prior to class time. For early morning classes, please cancel the night before if you cannot make it. *All sales are final. No Refunds- please be sure to reschedule class so you do not lose any paid drop-in or credits.
