Hot Pilates - Planksgiving
Class Description
95° Hot Pilates is a high intensity, low impact class on the mat that will strengthen, tone and sculpt the entire body! This full body workout is designed to create long and lean muscles, burn fat and improve your overall health. This is a fun one-hour class with an energetic playlist to keep you moving! All levels welcome. 12-hour cancellation is required for this class to avoid $20 late fee or no show.

All Pilates Classes require a 6-hour cancellation - any cancellations outside the 6-hour window and/or no show will be charged a $10 fee. Holiday Classes Require 12 hour cancellation to avoid $20 fee
