Class Description
90-105° This workshop will focus on the Bikram sequence. Two 90-minute sessions will be led by your 26+2 dynamic duo! In this 2-part series, Natalie & Amman will break down the 26+2 sequence. Join us as we dive into each posture to gain a better understanding of the postures, modifications and all the benefits of the ORIGINAL HOT YOGA SEQUENCE! This workshop consists of two sessions. The first session will focus on the standing series and the second session will focus on the floor series. This will be an interactive workshop with optional hands-on assist. All levels are welcome. Space is limited! Online registration is required. Workshop $75 for both sessions Unlimited Members $60 for both sessions with coupon code!

Cancellation Policy
Doors will be open 15 minutes prior to class time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Class starts on time and doors are locked. Please bring a mat, towel and water. If you can't attend class, please go into “My Bookings” to cancel 2 hours prior to class time. For early morning classes, please cancel the night before if you cannot make it. *All sales are final. No Refunds- please be sure to reschedule class so you do not lose any paid drop-in or credits.
